We have been working hard to grow new flower varieties in addition to all the flowers you've come to love discovering in our fields. We are adding several flowers that make great dried flowers too located in our premium raised bed garden.

Throw a pair of sneakers in the car and come visit us at the farm! Early morning hours are best for flower picking. Grab your favorite latte on the way. We'll take care of all the rest from a quick how-to cutting demo to the greenery bar at the end. We provide jars and scissors.

Pricing:
$12.50 - specialty milk jar with field flowers
$18.50 - pint jar with field flowers
$24.50 - premium quart jar (includes 1 dahlia + premium flowers)
$36.50 - VIP wide mouth quart jar (includes your choice of all the flowers we grow)

Professional Photography Session 2024

If you are a professional photographer or client(s) interested in a farm photo shoot then this booking is for you. Please carefully read all the information below and contact us if you have any questions. You must have your own photographer.

This booking is good for one hour on the farm to take professional photos. Photographers are allowed a maximum of 3 mini-sessions during a one hour booking.

Photographers and the client(s) must check in with us before starting your photography session(s). Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Cost: $50 + sales tax/hr
(Total: $53.63/hr)
Payment is taken at the farm on the day of your photo session. We accept credit card, cash, Venmo, ApplePay & Cash App.

A booking may be extended while on the farm at a rate of $25/@ additional 30 minutes. You are responsible for monitoring your time on the farm. We offer a 5 minute grace period at the end of a session. Additional time costs will be incurred in $25 increments once you exceed the 5 minute grace period.

All liability is assumed by the photographer and the client(s) while on the farm. We recommend close-toed shoes and socks above the ankle as a precaution against ants while on the farm.

There is a gravel parking lot on the farm for parking use during your session.

May 12th update:
We now have a large ADA compliant restroom on the farm which can also serve as a simple changing room if needed.

Photographers and the client(s) understand that there may be other paying visitors on the farm picking flowers, taking photos, or engaging in other farm activities during your booking. Be respectful to all visitors while on the farm.

Photographers and the client(s) agree to stay within the agreed upon areas of the farm explained during check-in. Be respectful of the farm property and our private home. Refrain from stepping on any flowers while taking photos.

The farm is open rain or shine.

Photographers or the client(s) may choose to pick flowers during or after a photography session. Flower picking is not included in this booking and must be paid for separately. Please let us know at check-in if you wish to pick flowers.

McLawland Farms reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking at anytime. A full refund will be offered if one is due.

Photographers and the client(s) agree to all of the above mentioned terms & conditions by completing a professional photographer booking.

Are you looking for a unique venue to host a party? Or wanting to connect with close friends and family through a memorable and unique experience? Then this booking is for you!

We have a Special Event Area complete with a 15’ x 15’ white tent for you and your guests to enjoy as part of your McLawland Farms garden party celebration.

The cost is $180 for 2 hours. This price includes 2 picnic tables and a third clothed table for gifts etc. Party size up to 20 ADULTS (or 40 kids + adults). We have a comfort station and will provide trash & recycling containers.

ADD-ON THE FLOWERS!
There are additional costs for flower picking based on the size & number of jars you wish to offer your guests for picking flowers.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

We provide jars, scissors, and greenery.

You may choose to have attending guests purchase jars from us at the farm stand at regular price.

You are welcome to arrive at 9:30 a.m. for setup. Your guests should arrive at 10:30 a.m. We thank you in advance for having the party area cleaned up and tidy by 1 p.m.

A $100 deposit reserves your date and time. We can send you an invoice via Square. Your deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to your event.

We ask that all guests wear shoes and socks while on the farm. This helps as a precaution against ants.

After almost two years in lockdown, because of our son who is medically fragile, our little ones each created a 'bucket list' of activities they wanted to take part in once we reentered the world.

At the top of our daughters' list was: pick flowers. I happened upon McLawland Farms by chance, and how fortunate we are! McLawland Farms fulfilled our little ones's dreams...and in that, ours as parents! What a gem to have stumbled upon. The experience was spectacular.

Farmers Jason and Larry were patient and just so wonderful, helping our family, and great with our children. We will continue to make their farm a place where we continue to visit in the years to come!

This place was so sweet! Perfect outing with little kids after being stuck inside with Covid! We were incredibly please at how they took care to make everyone feel safe in the fields and keep their distance (Everyone there did wear masks unless they were a safe distance apart in the field.) Farmer Larry guided us around and was very thoughtful with our kids! We will be back for sure, beautiful flowers! Thank you for a lovely evening!
